      Confusing management style with inconsistent decision making. Some "managers" don't have proper qualifications and understanding of basic mathematics and the technology the company is providing.

      It’s a bigger company with possibilities to move within the company. You get to work with international customers.

      Cons

      It’s an older company and as the structure is very traditional it was not very diverse in terms of age gender or ethnicity.

      Thanks for the review! We are working hard on increasing our diversity overall in NKT. In many teams we have high ethnicity diversity already today but still a lot to do.
