Cons
You are told to lie on a daily basis and I saw this happening in many departments. Our maintenance staff were told to lie on documents to cover up public safety issues, our leasing agents are instructed and coached to lie to people who are interested in renting apartments, the marketing department lies in all of their advertisement and brags about posting fake reviews for the company (which they are likely told to do), and the company owners lie to their employees and to the city about the way the conduct business. I worked with "low-income" housing and we were forced to lie on city documents on a regular basis. It seems that everyone feels like they have no choice, I know I did, and everyone is scared to do anything about it.
