Pros

Services provided on the contracts are done well. New president, hopefully things will turn around.

Cons

Non-shareholder employees treated poorly and there are no growth opportunities in company. Poor leadership. Dysfunction is not dealt with, particularly if it is a shareholder. No work/life balance. POOR/substandard benefits, leave, and pay. No consistent 401(k) match.

Pros

Good opportunities to work a lot of hours for college students or Alaskan natives; they offer a fair amount of flexibility on hours or time off needed.

Cons

Management tended to be disorganized and inefficient, which showed in a lack of accountability for team leadership and created a mixed work ethic.

Pros

HR is nice I guess.

Cons

In my experience people are not trained or supported properly. I was fired without any negative feedback, warning, or writeup while I was still in training. I should have known it was coming though because I was completely ignored by the trainer. No one communicated with me about what was happening.
