No support/communication from upper management whatsoever No room for growth/career advancement No company culture, they have no involvement in the Colorado Cannabis Industry scene/culture You will be held responsible for things that were never communicated to you as being your responsibility and harshly disciplined when something happens out of your control You will never be rewarded or told you are doing a good job Upper management has no acknowledgement of anyone below the head grower, to them you are worthless Extremely wasteful Sketchy practices allowed to happen/bad product still gets sold Promises of raises/evaluation/meetings never happen

Severe lack of communication between management and staff. Layoffs with zero warning. Management WILL lie to you, but it's only because they do not communicate with one another. Corporate runs it all from Colorado raking in as much money as possible despite bad business ventures and ideas. Corporate will enforce rules onto your store from afar with no regard for the day to day operations. Will cut any and all employees from it's workforce that holds a negative viewpoint.
