      Pros

      Good pay as long as your happy leaving your morals and standards at the door Everyone on the shop floors cool when their not miserable

      Cons

      Lies, poor management, will do what ever bodging is needed to "get money in the till" The "not" owner has an amazing ability to both wind you up and hate yourself all in one walk around as he runs his mouth. Equipment is broken despite being a year or so old and everyone's miserable thanks to broken promises

      Nova has a rich successful history with a great company culture. Challenging work environment with best in class benefits (401k, health/dental, PTO, etc.), competitive compensation and opportunities for growth and development.
