      The company applies the standard practices for a software industry

      Cons

      Salary is low. Promotion is slow (about 2 years). And some programmers are outsourced to clients but not as a developer. Resistant to trying new programming languages (i.e. Java, Java, and more Java).

      the work environment is nice in terms of culture. lots of young employees. work-life balance depends on your role. expect tedious hours when under a developer role.

      Cons

      promotions are biased on the role. the management invests more time and money on the developers. being in a project management position feels like being dispensable.
