Management is ridiculous, no human ressources, revenue are very low, no benefits and no advantages. A lot of managers are unskilled, no courses and so no way to develop your skills. A lot of old employees, and most lf them are doing same things than 20 years ago... Human ressources don’t care of their collaborators, they don’t even know you at all. Despite the 2 digits growth and the good results every year, no benefits, no advantages and wages are very low. Don’t waste your time in this company!

I have never had a manager like the one at Novasol. Manipulative, micro-managing, unsupportive of individual employees and unwilling to create a harmonic work environment. Colleagues were instructed to spy on one another and report back to management. HR were informed and did nothing. The work was completely unstructured, because the manager's instructions changed continuously and many colleagues didn't stay long due to the working conditions. There was a lack of flexibility regarding working hours and working from home, even though the manager rarely appeared at the office. The wage was abysmal and hadn't changed in the previous 4 years, if not longer. Promises of wage increases and changing working conditions were made repeatedly but never followed up on. I have never worked in such a mis-managed place.
