Pros
Year or two ago there was a great ideas, technologies and goals, accompanied with great team, but at the end of 2014 no pros at all.
Cons
When company went in debts, no one in management was able to say there is a problems. Instead, salaries just wasn't paid, so people started to spent their own money in exchange to pure promises. Sometimes money was paid, 'for urgent reasons', by making lists and prioritizing. Eventually after 4-5 months of fooling it's employees, company went to bankrupt
