Pros

*Colleagues: generally there is a friendly environment. There are people that are willing to share their knowledge and there is always a colleague that will help out. *Flexible hours of work. *In some cases there is opportunity to advance to a better position. *Interesting projects *A good company to start career or to stay for a few years.

Cons

*Salaries on all levels are low. You seldom get a pay raise. Generally one can wait for years and not get a raise. *Even though there is an appraisal system, a good appraisal will not lead to a raise. *Management has weak people and know-how skills. If it was not for the capable and committed colleagues that actually do the work, the managements weaknesses would be seen. * No training offered other other than for java developers and testers. * Unfortunately is not a place to invest in as there is no indication that the company will invest in you.

Pros

- Good salary if you come with background - Colleagues are really nice - Depending where your desk are located, quite nice offices

Cons

- Lies about the reality of the job when they hire you - Another bodyshopping company - Using tools from the past to register your prestations resulting in excessive load on your back for doing paper work - Asking employee to work outside hours like if you give a helping hand, and to stay late without any compensation - Giving ultra low salary to juniors, even when they stay in the company for years - Very huge amount of stress - Monkey job and KPI everywhere
