A body shop resource company

Pros

1) Salary is processed on time. 2) Met good colleagues

Cons

1) The company has 75% of the revenue coming from online services. There are very few projects in NSEIT where actual development is in place. Most of the resources are placed at client side as a resource provider rather than NSEIT executing any projects. 2) There is no thought given or a roadmap for career growth of an employee. There are 2 ways of growth in the company: i) Always be in the good books of management ii) Become a critical resource and resign. The company then might consider you. 3) Managers just follow management order and dump each and every thing on the team. No support. 4) CEO has just a vision of growing the company's business but lacks execution, thinking, roadmap. Just blind decisions are taken to grow the company. 5) Management only says big things but ground reality is different with no execution or even plans for execution. 6) No motivation for employees as management expects the resources to work 7 days a week, has the worst working culture. 7) For the management evey one is a resource. No work matrix or job clarity present / given. The responsibilities only come in discussion during appraisal time. 8) There is no bench strength at NSEIT. When a resource resigns, then the hunt for a new resouce begins. If a client is demanding, resources are pulled out from other projects without their consent and allocated to that project. Hence multiple projects suffers. 9) If a project requires resources, then they are never provided on time. The management waits till the 11th hour and then assigns whatever resources are at their disposal with no consideration for project technology requirements / resource considerations. The resources are expected to perform well from day one with no training provided. 10) There is no technology training, management expects that you should train after work hours and not waste company time. Because learning new technology / attending trainings is considered a waste of company time. 11) The company lacks transparency. Even small things like 2 wheeler parking, 4 wheeler parking are given to those who are in the managements good books. But they say that it is provided on a first come first serve basis since limited parking slots are present. 12) There are no processes in the company even after cmmi 5 level certification. 13) The company is filled with managers who do not know what their role is. They just pass the bucks around. 14) The management is not receptive to new ideas. Rather than encouragement, the ideas are thrown out the door. 15) The company at most of the times always heed to clients request even after knowing that it is going to do more harm than good. The client is not even made aware of the things that might turn bad. 16) The company places bid just to win projects and hardly completes any project on time because of mismanagement.

Pros

Good for learn new thi ngs

Cons

Will play politics with you. Right now just because I wasn't able to travel from miraroad to Panvel I have to leave the company just after 10 months and it was my first job and right now my career is pretty much over because at this time just because I don't have experience no one wants to hire me. As a fresher I have to get back and study nearly everything I did in my final year. And in short it's all over for me pretty early. And ofc there are 80% utterly bs developers and programmers but ofc they will stay there just coz chamche jo thehre.
