Weak, non existent management in the UK. Very poor training on products. (zero). Constant firefighting of customer issues, with little or no support team to assist. Combative approach to team work.
Culture of fear in the office. Overall a thoroughly depressing place to work. Employee engagement does not exist. An awful experience on a daily basis.
Be very aware that right now there is a non existent benefits package in the UK, no pension, no life assurance, no healthcare, only 20 days holiday. This is not talked about in the interview stage, and glossed over at offer stage, 'we are working on it' is what you will hear.
The company is in turmoil right now with a recent change of COO in the US, this could be a positive, only time will tell. In 6 months things may be very different, the bad apples might have moved on, and the company taken stock and may have made significant improvements.
