      Good mentorship but lacks innovation and ownership

      Pros

      Has some really good people who can mentor you.

      Cons

      They call themselves startup but there are no innovations happening, no control of work or ownership is given, whatever the senior asks, you have to do it. Strict timing policy and they even cut your salary if you are late. Not cool :(
