      My experience at nssa was disapointing.

      Pros

      The only pro is the ability to help the children you are teaching, which is gratifying. Don't expect anything more.

      Cons

      Management is totally disconnected from employees. They promise training and then never give it. Employees openly talk about how they do not like their jobs. No motivation or incentives.

      Incredible staff and great employee benefits with overtime opportunities. Being a smaller private school allows more personalized learning for students based on individual needs.

      Cons

      Non profit school leaves higher salary to be desired.
