Pros

It started off well with decent benefits, a remote day, and pay raise in the first year.

Cons

We were told towards the end of 2025 to not expect a pay raise or any promotions. Fast forward to early January 2026 that we should not expect these for this year as well. Management is encouraging us to leave if we find a better opportunity elsewhere. To top it all off they just rescinded remote days for all admissions representatives. Our insurance is going up, so we’ll be taking home even less money unless you decide to waive the benefit. Also, NSU decided to continue using Florida Blue after Memorial and Broward Health became out of network despite them being the most used by employees.

Pros

Very pretty campus; nice students

Cons

Toxic; micromanaged; poorly managed; favoritism; extremely disorganized; mgt always blames you never look at themselves; outdated work systems especially in fundraisi8ng (everybody sees all your work, your AGE everything in the evaluation system to increase the pressure); childish management; the pay is terrible with no raises; you have to come in every day all dressed up
