Pros

You can ask the manager any day off that you need, the pay is not too bad for under 21 (6.31£ hourly). I made loads of friends from different cultures nd its amazing.

Cons

You should get paid commission, they push you to sell telling you that you're gonna get commission but it actually never happens, they owe me more than 50£ worth of commissions. You don't have anywhere to sit, you basically stand up for 6-8 hours You dont get a break in 6 or 8 hours shifts, you also get underpaid and they pay very late usually, on the contract it says the 1rst of every month but they actually decide when to give it to you. This month is gonna be 10 days late and they ruin your plans and people with bills and rent to pay get in trouble because of them. Also, summer is almost over and we won't sell anymore, I think they're gonna close it soon.

Pros

Diversified duties - nice co-workers - beautiful offices - really not much more to say - more cons than pros

Cons

Micro manage employees - no advancement opportunities - poor planning for their customers regarding promos, holiday specials (consistently late on delivering needed materials for promos)
