      Pros

      There is no good reason to work with this company. People feel stuck after joining this company.

      Cons

      CEO & CTO don't know how to run a company. Very immature people. Clients never come back to them. Top management dont understand the requirements of the customer well & end up spoiling the relationship with most of the clients. Very bad attitude towards employees.

      You get a lot of things to learn and grow your technical skills. Nothing else

      Cons

      The company has no responsibilities towards the commitments they make. No stable policies No fixed working hrs (sometimes late night till 12:00 AM) No work life balance Very poor management

      Nothing.....No working environment and work culture................only full family come to the office to pass there free time.just to update the pics on social networking site.

      Cons

      The only Hire and Fire good professional...........please do not join this company.In starting they offer good salary and career and then just play with it.

      We don’t regret in chucking out any of our irresponsible employee. We love our employees and appreciate their sincere attitude. But betraying us, will not be acceptable in any case in fact no organization will accept this.
