      The good nature of the work is very rewarding. Healthy lunch is provided.

      Cons

      The men flirt with anything and everything that identifies as female. There are young women who have mentioned feeling uncomfortable around some of the male colleagues. Heavy workload and no work-life balance.

      Pros

      Since the project was new there were lot of teething troubles. But it was a great experience as we all learnt a lot from it. Since the project was with Municipal Corporation it gave us a chance to interact with government officials and we got to know about the functioning of an education department. the exposure was enormous

      Cons

      The change in management kept happening every 2 months which affected the employees personally. Due to high attrition rate people management becomes a huge task. The top management was mostly amateur in the field of education.
