Pros
-Heavily invest in hiring/training -Several Opportunities for advancement/having a career -Very Flexible with requests off for part-time staff, management and full time is somewhat flexible but not as much so -Amazing community of people with integrity, accountability, and diverse interests. -Very fair pay and benefits packages -Owner re-invests profit in people and business -Super supportive management team -Awesome customers
Cons
-Occasionally have been made promises that weren't kept (at least not in the way they were originally stated) -Occasionally delegated (in middle/upper management) highly stressful, largely impactful, last minute projects with little guidance. -Not a job for overly sensitive or politically correct people
