      Pros

      Worked for 13 years with the Nalashaa group. Management is Good in supporting Green Cards and is transparent. . Always follow Attorney Suggestions regarding immigration policies, which is good for all the employees. Easy access to HR and management. Supported in GC process.

      Cons

      .Compensation would be a little better.

      Pros

      I worked for Nalashaa for eight years and my experience has been a very good one. Everyone in the management are very approachable, helpful and very professional. I was always able reach them for anything and my queries / issues were always addressed to my satisfaction. Always very transparent and they do all the Visa/ GC processes as per the law in consultation with the attorneys. I highly recommend Nalashaa.

      Pros

      Nalashaa is one of the best employer I have worked with in the United States. Everything about this employer is great - On time salary always - Always ahead on employee's Visa status/GC filing - Prep their employees well for their interviews - Very supportive & treat employees well - Great benefits

      Cons

      It all depends person to person, how to like their employer. But for me, working with Nalashaa was beyond my expecations and I would highly recommend Nalashaa
