      - Great Projects - All round development in construction - Scope to learn

      Cons

      - No value for hard work - Zero value for employee’s work-life balance and expected to work on Saturdays and Sundays even when there are no deadlines. - Employee is assessed based on how long he/she stays at the office rather than how much work is accomplished. - Yelling even when there’s no mistake from our side. - Micromanagement and interference in employee’s personal lives.

      The people you working directly with are good because you're on the same boat. The 401k contribution has become generous in recent years.

      Cons

      Angry bosses. Long hours (630-530). Feeling of worthlessness. Working 6-7 days a week almost every week. Very little vacation time. Expected to work a 10+ hour days including on Christmas and New Year Eve. The owner is a crazy tyrant.
