Pros
The only good thing about the company is there are good seniors (not management). The seniors at level of sector head however worst manager of all time.
Cons
Management is bad, long working hours, bad culture, does not care about people at junior level, no 360 degree feedback, feels like a government office wherein people in upper level has all the benefits (WFH, leaves, salary) and lower level is getting nothing. The manager is the worst and partial with people coming from same geographical location, they hire from tier3 colleges and pay them peanuts and make them work for long hours with no good salary increment.
