Salary will be given on time. Late coming is allowed but you must have to cover it after the working hours.
Cons
For juniors or freshers : They will trap your original documents and certificate. They will find a way anyhow to cut your salary. They make a statement or a rule on one day and they will violet it when they are in trouble because of that rule. No Increment will be given at the year end if they don't earn and get sufficient projects. They will hire you by saying that they will train you but they will pressurise you and frustrate you by giving third class projects. There is no coordination between their own partners. They quarrel with each other and and employees are scolded as the result. For senior or experienced person : You will strongly fill like a worker instead of an employee. They will request you to do the overtime and at the end of the month they will not approve it or they will ask the details of every particular day on which u have done overtime. And if you don't exactly remember at the end of the month, your overtime will not be given. And I guess no one remembers exactly what he did on the 5th of the month at the end of the month. No project management. You will be given only maintenance projects always whether u are a skilled senior person or a junior. You will be treated just as an object instead of a person. You will be scolded if you ever learn anything new.
