      Pros

      no pressure,cordial people,fix timing of leaving,gives all government holidays.if anyone wants to have peaceful life then NSDL is best as it helps in balancing professional as well as family life.

      Pros

      1) My team was very good. 2) Our department had relaxed timings. 3) They have their own Data centre which makes an added avdvantage. 4) As a fresher, its a very good company to start with.

      Cons

      1) Old people are now outdated with their knowledge. 2) Salary growth is not that good. 3) Hardly any scope for developers. Testers and Support are the major profiles.
