-VERRRY micromanaging. If they had a motto it would be 'control is better than trust.' Always looking over your shoulder and second-guessing everything you do.
-They say there is room for growth, but you just get more responsibility with no pay increase.
-Pay is low (the ads posted seem nice but they probably won't offer you that. Unless you have 10+ years of experience and degrees in the field. )
-A few very annoying coworkers that made me dread every second spent there.
-Everyone hates their job but some are just too comfortable to leave.
-Weekly meetings to talk about every ticket and basically how you're doing them all wrong. Owner is always right and knows everything and you're obviously inferior.
-Owner will always side with the customer and throw you under the bus.
-No chance to work remotely even when 99% of your work is remote. This is because he doesn't trust you, going back to the first point here.
-Some bad security practices but won't change them because it's too much work.
-Owner talks to you like you're a child.
-No accountability for mistakes since everyone is always blaming everyone else so they don't get in trouble. (even if it wasn't their fault)
