      Pros

      Friendly co-workers, talented colleagues, inspirational leaders, & an opportunity to contribute to a company with a mission that truly matters, & fun activities that build team relationships, snacks galore!

      Cons

      Constant change with no purpose or direction that is discussed after decisions are made, poor compensation which is an avoided topic, lots of turnover throughout the company, nothing voiced stays anonymous which creates an environment where not many truthfully express themselves or their workplace needs, tech is not invested, departments are lean, lots of burnout, no 401k match, and poor health benefit options with high deductibles.
