Great co-workers, beautiful mountain forest environment, meaningful guest interactions, chance to learn new skills and cross train for additional job roles, tremendous flexibility in scheduling days off.

Cons

Most employees are seasonal, thus few traditional benefits are provided (health insurance, retirement, etc.). Additionally, aside from summer and the autumn leaf season, available weekly work hours can be variable as guest numbers wax and wane.

The best part is being able to zipline for the day and interact with guests that are looking to have a fun time so it is almost always a positive experience while you’re out on course doing your job
