Turnover is MASSIVE (look at their social media postings to see that hardly anyone sticks around for even a full year). The owner puts too much trust in some people that are ruining the company and lets HR run rampant firing people all the time. Incredibly toxic environment with a lot of pointless rules (no music, no plants, random enforcement of dress code while some people wear ripped jeans and hoodies). Managers simultaneously micro-manage yet expect you to be an independent project manager when dealing with clients which makes it impossible to succeed.
Many positive reviews of the company come from employees that work off-site at CDOT facilities so they are not exposed to the toxicity in the main office.
