There are many things in Cons. Few of them are given here 1. Firstly, the work culture is hazardous. 2. Management does not have a clear vision of what can be achievable and keeps pressure on its employees. 3. Tasks change overnight and all the work done before goes in vain 4. Sufficient time will not be given to the employee to solve the updated tasks 5. Many irrelevant emails even when you are on sick leave 6. The policies will be changed very frequently like once in a month at the will of CEO for no good reason 7. The CEO is intolerable and wastes most of his employees' time on meeting for no productive reasons and expects to finish the tasks (how complicated it might be) in half day. 8. No work-life balance. 9. The leaves will not be approved even though you have valid reasons

This company is an absolute disaster with no direction or purpose. It's astonishing that after 4-5 years, the application is still not ready, showcasing the complete lack of competence from the CEO. There is no clear goal or aim, and the CEO seems to operate solely based on unrealistic dreams that have no connection to reality. The absence of a target customer is glaring, highlighting the incompetence of the leadership. Communication is nonexistent, and if you dare to question the illogical dreams of the CEO, expect no reply. Instead, the MD is quick to deduct your salary without justification. The workplace is toxic, with constant poking and harassment form the MD, leading to an average employee tenure of less than 2-3 months. Beware of positive reviews, as they are likely manipulated by the management. This company is a sinking ship, joining it would be a grave mistake. The lack of professionalism, accountability and coherence make it an environment to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this untrustworthy and chaotic organization.
