Don't just walk away from this company - RUN! The sales floor is straight out of the movie "Boiler Room" and that is not a compliment. The new hire trainer is incredibly pretentious. The whole environment has a very uptight feel to it, I felt like I was walking around on eggshells the entire time I was there. I'm pretty sure they have a very high turnover rate. From what I could tell from my only trip in to the HR office is that in addition to the rest of the HR staff they have 2 full time people whose entire job is finding unfortunate souls to hire.

As far as the cons go, there's no room for advancement to management unless you play the company politics game and go out for drinks with your supervisors. Which are shady and underhanded and play favorites. The President/CEO is a money monger and is constantly changing promotions, attempting different courses to make money for the company, but does not think any of his decisions through, just yelling to get things done, and when it doesn't work, continues to abuse the leadership team for not making it work.
