      - Fantastic team - Rapidly growing organisation in exciting industry - Excellent earning potential - Constant rewards for hard work - Many social events and team building opportunities

      Pros

      - Excellent place to learn new things and play with the best in breed of security technology. - A good place to progress your career quickly - good things to put on your CV - Good people to work with - fun and outgoing.

      Cons

      - Unfortunately they do not know how to retain staff hence the reason many people see Nebulas as a stepping stone for something bigger. - Roughly 50% of the company has turned over in less than 2 years - Poor pay increases - No bonus - Management can and will be very picky about the most insignificant of things which are not related to your job. They will focus more on this rather than your actual job responsibilities and achievements.

      A friendly and enthusiastic company to work for with a "family" feel.

      Pros

      The company focuses a lot on moral and team building so the people you work with genuinely feel like family.

      Cons

      Due to the small size of the company in comparison to some of it's competition, the lack of procedure can be at times frustrating, but from what I've seen, changes are already in place to make that is an issue of the past.
