Freedom to a degree but watch your self if you decide to work for this company there is no work life balance it's all work

Cons

A lot of cons here, no set bonus structure, work life balance is terrible getting emails and calls from management at 23:30 on a Friday night and all over the weekend every week and if you decide to take annual leave you are expected to answer calls and emails and if you are on annual leave and are going anywhere where an existing client is based you are expected to go into see them when you are meant to be on leave. Overall stay clear

Some of the international colleagues were superb to work with. Good experience working for an international organisation

Very insular, almost nepotism with who got promoted and got ahead. Poor Senior Management practices. Very male dominated.

Pros

Large company that spans over multiple countries. Not many other pros beyond that.

Cons

Nefab has some fundamental issues with their attempt at European management without any of the benefits Europeans get. Their management is extremely unprofessional and often looks for people to blame rather than solve any problems. They spend hours in meeting on strategizing but lack the initiative to get anything done. They look down upon women and often make derogatory comments. It is a classic boys club and they overlook bad behavior of men in the office. Most of their senior employees have left leaving Nefab struggling to make any profits. After speaking to a lawyer, I was told to sue for a hostile work environment.
