      Good pay, great coworkers, great mission

      Cons

      If your role would ever be involved with marketing in any way, avoid at all costs. The CMO, daughter of the CEO, knows how to make your life miserable and lacks accountability while talking down on others for not doing the same. The CEO on paper is a great man but his dated views and systems trickle down negatively. Leadership is scared to do anything since she is a genuine threat to their job. When they say avoid family businesses just trust it.

      Great social service team, alot of perks can come with working here if you're a dedicated employee.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Very two faced. They will fire you in a heartbeat over nothing or if they don't personally like you.
