Pros

I worked in this company for a bit over 3 years. I enjoyed it very much for the most of it. At some point management changed and it became unbearable. Salary was good. Good atmosphere. Good people. Some perks (parking, happy hour, fun days).

Cons

Difficult to get a pay raise. Meals coverage is low. Some of the managers are difficult. Not as many perks as you'd expect. Somewhat disoriented. Works with outdated technologies.

Pros

Good social events and enviroment

Cons

Clumsy and complicated working processes. A lot of extra hours needed almost all the time. A lot of unneeded meetings and talks when nobody is prepared. Managers doesn't hear their workers. Very old technology under maintenance. Very close type of management.

Pros

They were before 24th of February 2022, at least I believed that they were

Cons

My biggest disappointment is that having about 200 people in Ukraine (more than 50% ) the company has done nothing to help them or Ukraine. More than that - there is still any company's official position about the war in Ukraine, nothing like "Stand with Ukraine", just silence. I used to think that this company and people would definitely understand and support me and my country, but no. And it's painful to see that while the Israeli teams have corporate parties and all the festive, I'm sitting in a bomb shelter trying to survive. The current HR team is useless - they do nothing. Basically, no one is interested in what you are doing and how you live until you are doing your job well enough. And the last funny decision - the company has stopped hiring people in Ukraine because we are risky country!! What would you do next? Fire me because I'm a Ukrainian male engineer and I cannot leave my country because of the marshal law??
