- Fast growing company, very well organized, its part of Forbes top 500 start-ups. - Great environment, nice work life balance. - Newest technologies, specially with AWS. - Good compensation, bonuses, and PTOs whenever you need them. - Poliza seguro with SURA - Biweekly meetings with other software development teams to check each others progress. Also 1:1 meetings with team leads to receive and give feedback.
Cons
The work has to be done with vanilla python, it could be a good thing but sometimes it becomes overwhelming to build complex tasks, some projects don't use external frameworks nor ORMs, only the internals.
