      It's great to be involved in different aspects of the business, not just purely the role I was hired to do. I've never worked with such a fun and energetic group of people

      Some inconsistencies with how different offices are run but I can see this is now coming together

      High degree of freedom and responsibility and willingness on the part of senior management to share information with everything. Product is exciting to speak about and work with and the work is varied and interesting
