Great team of analysts, fun and intelligent. Always welcoming and enjoy mid day debates on lots of different topics.
Cons
Bad management, more concerned with the business and how they look rather than the employees. Middle management will not delegate or train employees who threaten their skill set and therefore you may suffer as a result. The company wanted to have a start up culture, however, they are now more concerned with becoming a faceless organisation. Minimal work/life balance, senior management are workaholics and expect you to work late to show your dedication to the company.
