Management has no leadership skills Company does not offer proper training An entire department quit in 2 weeks because of poor leadership from management!

Free Lunches every once in a while, owners seemed nice even though they barely spoke English.

Cons

Very pretentious company. Cold unhelpful coworkers that gossiped whenever you walked out of the room. The only coworker that was remotely helpful and kind was the one that was in the middle of transitioning to another company.
