- The Employees doing the real work are incredible. - Customers appreciate honesty and competence. - You'll learn exactly what your limits are.
Cons
- Leadership treats every employee burnout as a personal win, like "haha we took another one!" - The internal structure is held together with duct tape, pre-chewed gum, and pure denial. - Constant interruptions are treated as "communication" instead of the productivity killers they are. - Decisions are made reactively, then celebrated like strategic victories. - High performers get rewarded... with more work. - Feedback is acknowledged, then immediately ignored.
