Pros

Company hires exceptional people most of the time. Good eye for employee accomplishments and strengths and potential in upcoming leaders.

Cons

PTO benefits are terrible. Should offer PTO hours upfront especially for government holidays.

NetCentrics believes employees should have the opportunity and flexibility to enjoy time away from work. As such, NetCentrics’ PTO policy is designed to give its employees the freedom to use their time off in a way that best suits each individual employee to include taking time off for government holidays or their summer vacation, and every hour accrued is available to them from their date of hire. NetCentrics’ PTO policy is competitive with other government contractors and we make it a point to give our employees as much flexibility as possible without interruption to our customers and their missions. Regarding leadership and staffing, we make every effort to find the very best talent for each position – an individual capable of meeting customer needs, complementary to the rest of the team, and aligned to the culture and strategic goals of our company. Our evaluation criteria is based on a variety of factors, from years of experience and subject matter expertise, to career goals and personal character. Every one of our customers has unique needs that require an equally unique team – from program managers and project managers to analysts and deskside support. Every position matters, and finding the right fit for each position is critical both to the success of our customers and to NetCentrics as a company.

Pros

I have not seen anything worth noting.

Cons

Do not think about trusting them. You are nothing but a number; they will stab you in the back and replace you in a moments notice.

In a survey we conducted in 2015, more than 87% of our employees said they’d recommend a friend to work for NetCentrics. In the same survey in 2016, over 93% said the same thing. It’s a great sign of respect and trust to refer a friend to a company or product. We seek to earn and build our employees’ trust, and our customers’ trust through the cultivation of relationships and emphasis on our core values: 1) We do the right things and do them right 2) We engage with our customers, partners, and employees, 3) We are genuine in our interactions 4) We encourage people to take risks – to Leap Courageously, and 5) We treat each other like family. We aren’t perfect, but these are the values we attempt to live to, and our survey results suggest we are very good at doing so.

NetCentrics was acquired by Haystax Technology in 2014 – a combination that created a next-generation mid-market company with expertise in cybersecurity, IT services, advanced analytics, and secure cloud computing. Now, NetCentrics operates independently of Haystax Technology and is refocusing on our core values and family culture. We’re continuing to grow and seeking future organic growth through consistent service delivery, thoughtful leadership, and innovative technology. That growth, of course, requires both change and the ability to adapt to change – and undoubtedly comes with challenges. To overcome those challenges, the NetCentrics leadership team provides timely and transparent information regarding corporate changes and, with every change, we make our employees the top priority, in keeping with our focus on corporate culture.
