      Good salary for Portuguese conditions.

      Cons

      Bad environment with offensive critics, threats and constant harassment. If you want to speak openly and honesty about it they cut you off.

      NetJets, Love & Hate

      Pros

      Great pay, great benefits. You learn a lot of skills and tools.

      Cons

      NetJets overworks the heck out of you. Most people I know grow burnt out quick and many want to leave. The turn over has always been a problem. A good check does not always equal to happy employees.

      Amazing people, poor leadership

      Pros

      It will be difficult to find better people to work with. They're smart, hard-working, and care about each other. If you're a private aviation nerd, like many who work there, NetJets truly is the best operation in the business. They know what they're doing and they do it well.

      Cons

      Technology systems are old and complex, and in-depth knowledge of any application is a rarity. May tasks in the operation are manual or much harder than they should be as a result. It's a very 'lean' operation on all sides. Resources get burned out as a result and talent retention is not great. As an employee, you are just another body, easily eliminated at any point.
