Management done by email from someone you have never met. No one on the line trusts their management at all. Chief pilot manages 750 pilots, that’s it for management.
HR department is disgusting. No is the only answer you get until you involve a solicitor. They are also barely competent, what’s clear is they don’t actually want to do anything other than drink coffee and avoid doing their job.
Office support is minimal and disorganised at best, the company doesn’t value experience at all over cost. It seems that everyone in the office is scared to make a decision or take responsibility, more often than not “do nothing and wait for the problem to explode on someone else’s shift” is the approach.
The company is not able to change with the market, the product is boring and stuffy and doesn’t reflect what the newer clients want.
Very very old airplanes.
Unless the company starts adapting a bit quicker - the future looks bleak.
