Pros

The best reason to work for this company? Honestly I was never given the chance to know the best thing about this company as I was hired and let go within just a few months without being given any explanation other that "it just did not work"!

Cons

Much like the title of this review "Don't believe the hype". The company will sell the idea that they are a "industry leader" in what they do but in reality this is just something they tell themselves in order for them to keep their current customers. If you look at the reviews that were made for this company, a lot of the positive reviews were done by people that were either asked to make one to prop up the company's image or by management themselves including people related to the ownership themselves. Heck in my short time with this organization, I was asked to write something good about this company in my first week with the organization. I should have read the reviews in this company before I took their offer. The one thing that best shows who the company culture is what often is said in many reviews "HIGH TURNOVER"! As a former employee, I was around to see a lot of people being fired in the company just because someone in Senior Management does not like you or does not approve of you eating at your desk during your breaks or worse, if you happen to call in sick. Call ins are a No-No! That is why I was quite surprised that you are only allowed three days of sick time all year. Lastly, there are way too many voices in the background who will tell you what you need to do but when things fall apart, those people who got you in hot water in the first place would deny any knowledge of your action and claim that you acted on your own. And if you present to them an email instructing you to do as such, they will deny ever sending you an email and that they will say that this might have been caused by a security breach. Heck, they just had a major security breach lately and have been dealing with similar incidents even before. Plus they fancy themselves as being profitable... Folks this is NOT true. Just look at all the reviews!

Pros

DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY!!!

Cons

Well, read the rest of the reviews. A constant struggle to achieve independence. This company could not run with the best if they tried. They do illegal practices, cheat employees out of compensation for work. The HR department thinks they own the company and every one else is a puppet. People lack determination and common sense. The worse benefits of any employer out there and they do the minimal when it comes to Sick time, PTO and schedules. You get worked to the bone and thrown to the curb when you can't work months straight. You must flex for them, they won't flex for you. Having courage to stand up for your beliefs and standing your ground will not prove anything, they hire and fire faster than anything. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY!!!

Pros

Digging deep for this one. OH! Great coworkers and pay is decent.

Cons

First of all, the negative reviews are 100% correct and the 5 star reviews where forced upon the employees, But where do I begin.. Micromanagement, Micromanagement, Micromanagement... ZERO training for employees unless you are a high end engineer. Exempt "Salary" employees are still treated as hourly will have to use vacation or sick time if there is no work for a day. Employees are given tasks with no idea of what is going on and set up for failure.HR is not here to assist or help just a reporter to the VP of Operations. Makes employees punch in using a GPS tracking system on their personal cell phones. Senior management has no idea of how to run a company and many decisions are made on the fly with no plan of execution. Same tasks are given to multiple people and causes much confusion. This place is like a revolving door. Rarely anyone last more than a couple of months. Employees work in fear of being fired or laid off. No one speaks up in fear of repercussions. Rules change every other day and no one is ever informed. It's always give give give here but no giving back. Very little team building. Due to the micro management Project managers always have their hands tied and have very little control of their own projects. You are expected long hours and weekends or its frowned upon.
