      Pros

      Netcel has incredible culture, hybrid work policy and a lovely team. The leadership team are helpful, supportive and understanding - the CEO genuinely cares about each member of team and the employee experience. Individuals are trusted to get on with their job and are not micro-managed. Hybrid/Flexible working is encouraged, However the office is always open for those who enjoy office based work. Regular socials help to keep the team connected.

      Due to a lot of the team practising hybrid working, The office can be quiet at times.
