Pros
* Good pay ( the trap ) * Good advertisement of the work you'll be doing ( Which turned out to be a lie)
Cons
* Quite a hostile environment * Extremely old technology( Perl is the main programming language, the fact that they'll be hiding, since the job market for it is very small) * Not only are there no plans to upgrade, they actively are against any suggestions to do so. (I literally got a warning due to suggesting it) * Not that many other positions in Bath. So when you decide to leave, if you had moved there you'll have a really hard time. * Terrible middle management, who hide issue from CEO pretty well, and the CEO buys it * Questionable ethics regarding how they provide their services. If a law suit were to come out of it, I wouldn't be surprised.
