      Fun Laid Back Atmosphere

      Pros

      Very laid back and fun environment. Great benefits and vacation, etc. The management has been very generous and understanding during personal issues. Much more than most companies.

      Cons

      You are required to come to work. The management asks that you give one hundred percent. The management asks that you come back from your lunch break on time.

      Fun environment for the most part. Management encourages individualism and allows employees to work the way that works best for their personality, etc. Opportunities to move up within the company.

      Cons

      Pretty much the same typical issues that can happen when you have a group of different personalities under the same roof. Nothing unusual though.
