    I worked at Netfirms full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The people I was working with directly were a lot of fun, and it was the sort of job where you leave the office and your job doesn't follow you home.

    Cons

    At the management level, there was a lot of politics which sometimes boiled down to the rank and file. Lacked direction in general.

    Advice to Management

    Well, they have sold the company, so they were doing something right.

    Pros

    Good for a start up job to get experience and learn how to talk to clients over phone.

    Cons

    High stress and overload of work , shift work. The clients treat you horriably and there is too much competition. Mostly copy pasted responses for customers.

    Advice to Management

    Decrease workload and treat people respectfully.
