Highly trained in EQ & IQ, self-sufficient and capable, working from a Central location.

Our dear boss, a champion of work-life balance - these words were as empty as a politician's promise. His style was a masterpiece of micromanagement and cluelessness, scrutinizing every sales detail while lacking of sales experience. Training? sink or swim, but mostly sink. Sales? Juggling roles like one person circus - salesperson, vendor management, presales, project manager, and support. Marketing? A big joke! Generating no real leads! Yet, sales were still expected to be a magician. Closed a deal? Complaints of low margins! Aim for bigger margins? Sales cycle too long! A workload with no end in sight, meager pay, no bonus, and an impossible commission scheme – the perfect recipe for new sales' dissatisfaction! Tech team heads are dinosaurs, stuck in comfort zone, clinging to outdated knowledge and resisting innovation. Newcomers flee. Turnover rate so high, it's a revolving door!

Working at Netpluz Asia was one of the most frustrating and demoralizing experiences of my career. The work environment is incredibly toxic, with little to no respect for employees’ well-being or professional growth. Management is disorganized, dismissive, and unapproachable, creating a culture of fear and blame rather than support and collaboration. There’s also a serious lack of transparency and fairness in how employees are treated. Unrealistic expectations are the norm, and any attempt to raise concerns is met with hostility or indifference. The company does not value its employees and fails to provide the necessary tools or resources to succeed. If you value your mental health and career development, steer clear of Netpluz Asia.
