Good people, friendly and helpful, willing to help an employee when a medical or family crisis arises.
Cons
4 years of productive service, provided the company with a solid revenue stream for the duration of my employment, yet in 4 years, I could only get ONE performance review for a .50 cent/hour raise. Company used every excuse in the book to withhold a review and it never happened, despite my consistent productivity during my years there. Upper management painfully out of touch with the reality of the situation at several of their key contracts. Concerns about low employee morale at some sites went unheeded.
