      Pros

      Friendly peers, happy hours and a nice holiday party. New to wireless program is great for those looking change careers or start out in a dynamic industry.

      Cons

      White male centric golf culture, very low pay compared to industry average, exclusionary, lack of diversity, management lacks proper training, toxic office environment. Executive team notorious for excusing behavior of bad apples, sweeps harassment claims under the rug, will leave fake reviews on Glassdoor to balance out the actual poor experiences of current and former employees.

      Pros

      They like to hire 'new to wireless' individuals who earn a lower salary. The Christmas Party is very nice!!!

      Cons

      They set you up for failure. They promised training for newbies to the field.They have no "training" system. It was all on the job training and I only lasted as long as I did because other staff members we willing to help me learn. Although they provided NONE of the training that was promised I was terminated because they expected me to be farther along. I was told that, new or otherwise, in this industry you "figure it out".
