Pros
The project itself is genuinely interesting and engaging. Colleagues are supportive, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
Cons
I’m seriously concerned about the company’s approach to employee privacy and transparency. Furthermore, the company lacks a clear vision and does not have a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), which is a fundamental issue for an organization in the technology sector. The absence of technical leadership undermines project quality and long-term planning. There are no structured salary reviews or increases, and career development opportunities are virtually nonexistent. Combined with the lack of direction and unclear policies, this creates a demotivating and uncertain work environment. These issues should be addressed immediately to protect employee rights, ensure legal compliance, and build a healthier and more sustainable workplace culture.

Pros
Excellent management, fair rates. Parking. You can wear whatever you want - I would hate an idea of wearing dress pants and shirts to work every single day. Snacks and unlimited coffee -- good one actually. The CEO is a great guy with honor and respect - no going around and no lie.
Cons
Parking is not always available. WFH is acceptable if you are sick or something, but not appreciated if you do it too often.
